Leianna Stafflinger brings a unique combination of education, leadership, and a genuine passion for helping others to her career in real estate. Leianna attended the University of Virginia, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Education. She began her professional career as a Chemistry and Physics instructor and currently serves as the Gifted Coordinator for Tazewell County Public Schools. She also shares her love of teamwork and leadership as a high school volleyball coach.

Her background in education has given Leianna strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills—qualities that serve her well in real estate. She enjoys keeping up with the real estate market and has developed a true passion for helping others with their real estate needs. Whether assisting a first-time buyer, helping a family find their next home, or guiding a seller through the process of listing their property, Leianna is committed to making each transaction as smooth and positive as possible.

Outside of real estate and education, Leianna enjoys staying active, spending time with her family and her dog, Blaze, and discovering new restaurants throughout the region.
